Hello,
I'm looking for new flatmates in Brisbane city! My friend and I are originally from Korea, we are able to speak bit of Japanese too.
location: 127 charlotte st, Brisbane city, Mantra hotel
looking for: couple or two girls
Rent fee: $255 per week per person (first month discount)
bond: two weeks
minumum stay: N/A
room: master room with ensuite bathroom
number of people living: 4 (2bath 2bed)
bill: all included (internet, water, washing machine etc.)
Note: I move to new apartment in the city at the end of January, so I prefer someone willing to move to new apartment together. It's still in Brisbane city. But you stay just one month, that is also okay!
Note2: At the moment, I have to share two keys together, but when we move to new apartment, you will have individual key.
Note3: this is not a party house, we want to stay nice and peacefully. I do all the cleaning, so you don't need to worry about cleanliness !
