Just 3 bedrooms in the apartment. One for me, second room for you, and third room remains empty for occasional visiting friend.
Choice of room:
A. Room for 1 person with queen bed $100 and own bathroom.

Or:

B. Room with 2 single beds $75 per person. I will find a second good person after you move in.

NO BILLS. So no charge for water, WiFi, electricity, linen, kitchen disposables.

Regency Apartments: 75 Spence St, corner of McLeod St.
Ground floor with big garden. Very safe place.
Pay rent one week at a time, or you can pay ahead if you like,

One week security deposit.
Everything is here for you to use – kitchen goods, washing machine, microwave, oven etc.
Electric bike with basket can be borrowed.
 

In return for the cheap stay here you will be the house cleaner.
Once a week you can clean if you are in the Queen room, or share the cleaning every 2 weeks if in single bedroom.

You can stay a short time or longer stay.

You must be respectful, honest, quiet.
Female or male, old or young, doesn’t matter..
Don`t worry about your English level, we can wave and point at things :-)
