I have 2x rooms available in a newly-built townhouse in Peregian Springs. It's a two-storey house with 3 beds, 2 bathroom, 3 toilets. You will be sharing a house with myself(24) and one other. I'm a full-time professional worker who usually works in the arvo, so you'll be using the entire house by yourself or with the other person. I usually keep to myself but I'm also down to share my dishes and have a chat from time to time.

I'm looking for 2x single persons who are quiet, clean, responsible and reliable and most importantly, have to be working and be able to pay the rent on time. As long as you clean after yourself and contribute to cleaning your room and a shared area, I'm not too fussy. Couples may be considered, just msg me for enquiries:) You will have to be approved by the real estate.
