This unit has 2 bed and 2 bath, 

You guys will be used a SECOND ROOM and will be shared one bath.

In kitchen, there is many dishes, rice cooker and coffee machine, and use all feel free.

The apartment is located close to a bus station (60/city glider) within 5 mins by walk. 

You can get to the city around 20 mins by bus and 10mins by car.

Woolworths is very close from the house (within 3mins by walk)

There are several shopping spots nearby. ex. Aldi, Homemaker, Harvey Norman. 

NAB and ANZ is nearby Woolworths, there is Commonwealth bank as well 15mins by walk. (a bit far….)

* $160/w , 2weeks Deposit , 2weeks notice!

* I will deduct $100 from your deposit when you lose the house key.

* 1 car park available $10/w

* Including all bills (electricity, water, internet) 

* prefer non-smoker

* I hope someone who can use the house clean.

* Will be lived just 3ppl
