• The apartment has gym, BBQ station, swimming pool, meeting room.
• Take turns cleaning common spaces.

• 2 minutes walk to ALDL supermarket
• 3 minutes walk to Brisbane River Side
• 7 minutes walk to Woolworths
• 8 minutes walk to West End Market every Saturday
