I am looking for a flatmate to share a single room with a private bathroom in Asian-based house. The room is located on the first floor and will be available right now.

The address is on Mains Road in MacGregor. There is a bus stop, Nissan Arena Park and Ride, right in front of the house, making it convenient for public transportation to the city and Sunnybank Plaza. If you are a student, Griffith University is nearby, making it a suitable location for commuting.

If you have a car, you can park on the street in front of the house. The house is located on a side road branching off from the main road, ensuring safety.

The house is a two-story structure, with the first floor covered in tiles, providing a cool environment in the summer and making it easy to clean. Each room has its own shower and toilet facilities, and the kitchen is shared with other roommates.

Basic items such as laundry detergent and toilet paper are provided.

Preference will be given to those who can stay for a minimum of 3 months. However, if you plan to stay for a shorter period, please let us know.

- Sunnybank Plaza: Bus number 130, 140, approximately 5 minutes or 15-20 minutes on foot
