I have two rooms available in my house located in the Forest Lake Area.

(I am a female) seeking female flatmates who are tidy, friendly, non-smokers, and share a similar lifestyle to mine. Both rooms will be available at the moment so you can move in anytime.

Transportation 

-The house is conveniently situated just a 1-2 minute walk from the nearest bus stop. 

- Bus 100 operates every 5 minutes during peak hours and every 15 minutes at other times. 

Common Areas: 

- The house consists of three bedrooms and one bathroom, with the toilet separate 

- In the kitchen/dining room, you are welcome to use the rice cooker, toaster, coffee machine, and essential kitchen utensils. 

- High-speed NBN, WIFI is available for your use 

- We provide hand sanitizer, foam sponges, cloth wipes, and dishwashing liquid. 

Ground Rules: 

- We take turns cleaning the common areas of the house. 

- No parties or loud music please. 

Rooms: 

- One of the rooms offers a king single-sized bed with a mattress topper, sheet, protector, and pillow. 

- The other room features a double-sized bed with a mattress topper, sheet, protector, and pillow as well. 

- Both rooms are equipped with a ceiling fan and a wardrobe for your convenience. 

Rent: 

- The weekly rent is $ 200, which includes bills (gas, internet, electricity, water). Rent is paid fortnightly. 

- A bond of $ 800 (equivalent to 4 weeks' rent) is required. The minimum stay is 3 months. 

- If you decide to move out, please provide a two weeks' notice. If you have any questions,
