Little K Dessert, West End, is looking for a friendly and experienced barista all-rounder with:

• At least 1 year of barista experience in a fast-paced environment in Australia.

• The ability to dial in and adjust the grind, multitask effectively, and manage the coffee machine independently during busy periods. Consistently pouring latte art under pressure is a major plus.

• A good work ethic, a great attitude, and the ability to be a wonderful team player.

• A love for giving exceptional customer service.

• Weekend availability is necessary.

At Little K Dessert, all team members are all-rounders, so flexibility and a willingness to assist in various tasks are essential.

We are open to offering full-time, part-time, or casual positions for the right candidate, with hours available up to 38 hours per week.
