Hi! We are looking for someone to rent the second room in our new apartment in Fortitude Valley. My boyfriend (French) and I (Korean) live in the master room. This is perfect for people starting their working holiday in Brisbane!
• Short-term only (maximum 1 month).

• Location: 20-minute walk or less than 10 minutes by public transport to Brisbane City.
• 5-minute walk to Woolworths, an Asian market, NAB bank, bus stops, and the train station.
• Direct train access from the airport to our place.
• Duration: Minimum stay of 1 week with a deposit required.
• Price: Private second room with a double bed.
• $370 per week (includes bills and internet).
• Facilities and Included Items:
• Rooftop pool and sunbeds available for use.
• Fully equipped kitchen (including cooking essentials), bedding, and basic appliances.
