i am looking for a flatmate who is ready to move in from the 12th october. 

the room comes with air conditioner(portable) and it is fully furnished with queen bed and tv and your own small fridge.

the bathroom off the bedroom will be shared with one more person.

this is serviced apartment so except the inside of your room, the bathroom, toilets, kitchen, living room , entire apartment will be regularly cleaned as i am hosting a air bnb as well.

all basic Expenses  ( toilet paper, shampoo, soap, detergent, electricity, gas and hot water) are included in your rent.
