8 mins walk to Banoon train station and 10 mins walk to Sunnybank train station. 

Beautifully fully furnished Master-room with new furnitures. It has a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. 

Available from 4th of Feb.

$480 for two persons per week including all bills.

$1440 for bond (3 weeks of rent);

2 weeks of notice of leave and minimum of 4 months stay.
