Job Description:
We are a new expansion office in Brisbane and we are looking for an Outbound Representative/ Sales Development Representative who prospects, qualifies, and generates new leads in support of the business. What you’ll be doing: - Utilise our in-house lead generation tools - Perform new customer or partner acquisition by a variety of touches (cold-call, email, social media, etc.) on all leads - Reach out to prospects through different types of communication - Qualify leads and passes them to the account management team - Work with leads generated by the business's other activities, such as marketing campaigns, social media, advertising, customer referrals and help generate new ones What we are looking for: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience - Fluent spoken of English - A creative, passionate and self-driven team player - Willingness to contact and sell to people you’ve never met - Ability to qualify prospective customers and generate leads - Friendly, competitive spirit and a team-oriented mindset - A relentless desire for growth and advancement - Comfortable with change and a fast-paced work environment”
