I am looking for someone to move in Brisbane City Apartment Second bedroom!

- Facilities: swimming pool, gym
/ separate bathroom

- looking for couple/ 2 females - $600 (price is negotiable: $590 for longterm - over 4months)

- Fully furnished (bed, side table, desk, chair in bedroom, dining table, tv, couch in living area, fully equipped in kitchen, washing machine etc.)

- All bills included

- Number of residents: 3-4 people in total

- NO Party

- NO Smoking including balcony (the penalty is required to pay to the property manager)

- Those who can use it cleanly

- 2 weeks prepayment / 3 weeks bond / at least 2 weeks notice to leave
- $100 key deposit

- Inspection & move-in available from 27/10/2023
