House is 2 minutes drive from Garden City with lots of parking space within our property.

Bulimba Creek Park just out our backyard door for those of you who like to exercise or take walks in the beautiful park.

Clean 5 bedroom house living with a friendly bilingual Korean Family.

We have 2 rooms available.  One upstairs and one downstairs.

Downstairs Room

Situated downstairs, separated to all other bedrooms that are all upstairs.

Single room with an ensuite (has one shower which will be used alone, and separate toilet which will be shared with visitors sometimes)

Room has a bed, room for storage and clothes, desk (if needed)

$140 per week / Deposit of $280

Upstairs Room

Situated upstairs, bright room with big window.

Single room with large wardrobe.  Main bathroom is separated to toilet and both will sometimes be shared with my daughters.

Room has a bed, large wardrobe and desk (if needed)

$120 per week / Deposit of $240

Unlimited Internet – NBN, Laundry and dish washing detergents available.
